Jennifer Lopez has requested to return to her maiden name in her divorce petition.

The separation from actor Ben Affleck is due to “irreconcilable differences.”

Lopez filed the request in Los Angeles County Superior Court.

The 55-year-old artist wants to be known as Jennifer Lynn Lopez again.

In an interview, he mentioned that the name change was a “romantic” act.
