“Pat Keeps Having These Instances When They Lose”- Draymond Green Takes Aim at Patrick Beverley for Throwing Ball at Fans

In the latest episode of his podcast, The Draymond Green Show, Golden State Warriors player Draymond Green discussed a recent incident involving Patrick Beverley.

“Patrick Beverley threw a ball at a fan last night. Pat keeps having these instances when they lose in these playoff games. That one might have been crazier than the Chris Paul push because it opens up an entirely different can of worms. Adam Silver is going to have a problem with this one because it’s about as close as you can get to going in the stands. That is forbidden for us.” Draymond Green said during the latest episode of his podcast.

Beverley will probably receive a suspension for his misbehavior

If you are unaware of what happened recently, here’s a quick summary of the incident. Following the Milwaukee Bucks‘ loss to the Indiana Pacers during Game 6, Patrick Beverley, the team’s point guard, refused to speak with a reporter who approached him. Beverley informed an ESPN female reporter that she could not interview him because she was not a subscriber to his podcast.

While Beverley sat in the dressing room, he was swarmed by reporters from various media outlets. He questioned the same reporter again, asking if she was a listener of his podcast, “The Pat Bev Podcast,” at the team’s postgame media availability.

When the reporter replied that she wasn’t, Beverley pulled the microphone out of his face and urged her to stop making noise. Additionally, during the final quarter of the same game, just before the confrontation with Adams, Patrick Beverley threw a basketball into the crowd in Indiana. He hit a woman who was sitting behind the bench.

Beverley will probably receive a suspension for his misbehavior during the season’s opening game if he lands a new NBA team this offseason as a free agent since he will be eligible for unrestricted free agency at the age of 35
