Under-fire Brad Pitt won’t “own anything he didn’t do,” his lawyer says after the actor’s ex-wife Angelina Jolie laid out more abuse allegations.

Pitt’s attorney, Anne Kiley, told Page Six on Thursday that “Brad has owned everything he’s responsible for from day one — unlike the other side.

“He’s not going to own anything he didn’t do,” the statement continued. “He has been on the receiving end of every type of personal attack and misrepresentation.”

Kiley continued, “Thankfully, the various public authorities the other side has tried to use against him over the past six years have made their own independent decisions. Brad will continue to respond in court as he has consistently done.”

Jolie accused Pitt in court documents filed on Tuesday of choking one of their six children on board a private jet in September 2016.

In a countersuit obtained by Page Six, the “Maleficent” actress, 47, went into detail about what allegedly took place during the now-infamous flight that led her to file for divorce.

The filing claimed that the “Fight Club” star, 8, “choked one of the children … struck another in the face” and “grabbed Jolie by the head and shook her.”

Jolie also alleged that Pitt poured beer on her, as well as beer and wine on their children.

The actress allegedly tried to intervene at one point and “grabbed” her then-husband from behind to try to stop him, the filing claimed.

“To get Jolie off his back, Pitt threw himself backwards into the airplane’s seats, injuring Jolie’s back and elbow,” the documents alleged.

“The children rushed in and all bravely tried to protect each other. Before it was over, Pitt choked one of the children and struck another in the face. Some of the children pleaded with Pitt to stop. They were all frightened. Many were crying.”

The former couple — who wed in August 2014 — share six children: Maddox, 21, Pax, 18, Zahara, 17, Shiloh, 16, and twins Vivienne and Knox, 14. Since their 2016 split, they have been waging a bitter custody fight over their minor children.

Pitt was put under investigation for alleged child abuse by the FBI over the in-flight incident.

However, authorities did not pursue criminal charges against the “Bullet Train” star, who revealed in September 2019 that he is sober.

According to documents previously obtained by Page Six, a representative of the United States Attorney’s Office came to the conclusion not to prosecute Pitt based on discussions with the case agent.

“It was agreed by all parties that criminal charges in this case would not be pursued due to several factors,” the records noted.

A source close to the “Once Upon a Time in Hollywood” star told us in August that “Angelina and her team have been desperately trying to find something,” adding, “This is all for show. This is all information that she already had five and a half years ago. There is nothing new here.”

That being said, Jolie’s attorneys maintained in the new countersuit that the FBI agent who investigated the allegations had “probable cause to charge Pitt with a federal crime for his conduct that day.”

Tuesday’s countersuit was submitted in response to a lawsuit Pitt filed against Jolie months earlier over the sale of her stake in their French chateau where they wed.

The “Moneyball” star claimed in the previous filing that neither one of them would sell their share of Château Miraval and its profitable vineyard without agreement from the other.

Jolie’s cross-complaint asked “the Court to confirm that no such ‘consent’ agreement exists,” per the documents.

The “Salt” star also alleged in the filing that Pitt “demanded she sign a non-disclosure agreement that would have contractually prohibited her from speaking outside of court about Pitt’s physical and emotional abuse of her and their children.”

Since Jolie reportedly “refused to agree to such a provision … Pitt walked away from the deal,” the documents claim, adding that any agreement about the château is “void” due to Pitt’s effort to condition the deal based on “Jolie’s silence.”
