David Beckham once waited 5 years to receive “I do” from Victoria, really?

Not only is she known as “David Beckham’s wife”, Victoria herself also had a brilliantly successful career from a very young age.

From the personality Posh of the once famous Spice Girls group, to the owner of her own fashion empire named after her, Victoria Beckham is considered the ideal model of a modern woman: smart, beautiful, independent, and possess a fulfilling marriage.

Victoria Beckham was born in 1974, the eldest sister in a wealthy and powerful family in England. When she started school, Victoria was picked up in a luxurious Rolls Royce.

In the recently released documentary “Beckham”, David teased his wife about this when she said that her family came from a “working class” background.

But soon, Victoria said that she did not like traveling in an expensive car that many people desire, but wanted to be able to prove her talent and build something of her own.

With an independent mindset from an early age, Victoria Beckham started learning ballet at a very young age and soon revealed her talent.

Her parents enrolled her at Jason Theater School to develop her talent, and later studied dancing and modeling. At the age of 20, Victoria Beckham was a member of the Spice Girls, alongside Emma Bunton, Melanie Brown, Melanie Chisholm, and Geri Halliwell.

The British media nicknamed her “Posh Spice” because of her restrained attitude, and also because of her sophisticated fashion sense. Victoria wears fitted outfits and always appears with high heels.

In 1996, the band released their debut album, which included the single “Wanna be” that swept the charts. The album sold more than 20 million copies worldwide, making the Spice Girls a cultural phenomenon. A year later, the group released their second full-length album titled “Spiceworld” and the movie “Spice World: The Movie”.

In 2000, the Spice Girls disbanded. After that, Victoria released her first solo album and it was one of the best-selling singles at that time. However, in 2003, she decided to put aside her singing career to move with her husband to Madrid (Spain) and develop into the fashion industry. Victoria said that after the group retired, she felt like she could predict trends and had good taste, so she turned to fashion design.
