Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce accused of ‘faking it’ in their ‘PR relationship’ after video clues
They’ve been dating since August last year and have ramped things up since going public, but are Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce really in a relationship?
That’s the question on some fans’ minds after a previously unseen clip of the pair has gone viral on TikTok. Gaining more than 12million views in such a short period of time, the video shows the moment Travis and Taylor are cosying up in a nightclub.
Following the Kansas City Chiefs’ success at the Super Bowl, the pair hit the town to celebrate in style in Las Vegas. Footage from inside the venue shows the two enjoying each other’s company, before NFL tight end Travis appears to notice someone filming.

“You can’t convince me that this is [real],” the user penned alongside the clip, giving his verdict on what Travis appears to be saying. “Travis: Oh s**t it’s time to film,” the uploader alleges, adding: “Travis whispers: get ready they’re filming. Mission passed.”
The clip’s been shared everywhere and some of the commenters couldn’t help but agree with the ‘showmance’ claims. “100000% this is a PR relationship,” wrote one user. While another agreed, “Yes it’s all PR. However most of the relationships we see start as PR, even with actors but they can grow to love each other. Depends.”
Someone else said: “It’s got to be PR.” While lots did think there could be more to the pair’s relationship than it seems, her loyal fan base were quick to shutdown the rumour mill, with one saying: “Taylor Swift is absolutely NOT doing a relationship for PR.”
The experts agree too, with one recently explaining that the two are actually due for their next major move – and it’s happening next month. Real-estate experts predict the two will begin co-habiting in March, with the two either moving into Travis’ mansion in Kansas, or at Taylor’s estate in Nashville – after Taylor’s brief two-month Eras Tour break when fans first thought they’d bit the bullet.

The relationship is clearly going well, and both parties’ families were pictured together at the Super Bowl, so there’s no reason to believe that things will slow down.
“What better way to celebrate the well-deserved lull between Kelce’s Super Bowl success and Taylor’s upcoming album than to start shopping for furniture together?” However, it’s unlikely the lovebirds will purchase a brand-new property together at this stage, as both already have properties that would make the perfect long-term home.
Tes added: “While we can definitely expect Taylor and Travis to spend some of their impressive combined net worth on a new home in the future, it’s likely that they’ll choose to cohabit in one of their existing properties first.”
