Taylor Swift ‘dating’ Travis Kelce after NFL star took Tinder advice
Travis Kelce appears to have finally got his Taylor Swift wish after failing to give the singer his number after attending one of her shows in July.
According to The Messenger, Travis Kelce found a way to meet Swift in the end, and the pair are ‘quietly hanging out’ having crossed paths in New York City a few weeks ago.
“I was disappointed that she doesn’t talk before or after her shows because she has to save her voice for the 44 songs that she sings, so I was a little butthurt I didn’t get to hand her one of the bracelets I made for her,” Travis Kelce explained on his podcast New Heights, which he hosts alongside brother Jason Kelce of the Philadelphia Eagles.
“If you’re up on Taylor Swift concerts, there are friendship bracelets, and I received a bunch of them being there, but I wanted to give Taylor Swift one with my number on it.”

Travis Kelce added: “So she doesn’t meet anybody and she doesn’t – or at least she didn’t want to meet me, so I took it personal.” It seems as though the NFL player has quickly gotten over his grudge, however.
The latest development comes after Travis Kelce was handed dating advice by his sister-in-law, Kylie Kelce, who made the two-time Super Bowl-winning Chiefs tight end consider re-joining popular app Tinder following his brother’s romance success story.
“Kylie infamously fell in love with me on Tinder,” Jason Kelce revealed in an episode of their podcast. Travis Kelce replied: “So you guys really met on Tinder and PEOPLE Magazine wrote about it. That’s awesome, man.”
He then said: “I gotta get back on Tinder and show a preseason sideline pick and be you think I should go with a sash or no stash.

Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift would be a celebrity power couple, according to four-time Super Bowl champion Rob Gronkowski, who urged the signer to give the American football star a chance back in July.
“I think Travis is a very thoughtful guy, and if they started dating, that would be hands down the number one Ken and Barbie in the NFL,” Gronkowski said on Up & Adams. “No doubt about that. So, let’s hope it happens; that would be really cool if Travis and Taylor Swift were dating. Come on, Taylor; let’s make it happen. Let’s go.”
Travis Kelce is currently nursing an injury that kept him out of Kansas City’s 2023 NFL season opener against the Detroit Lions. The Chiefs suffered as a result of the tight end’s absence, as the Lions ran out shock 21-20 winners. His injury could also be worse than initially feared.
