Travis Kelce said Kadarius Toney is his guy, and he’s going to stick beside him.

There’s been a lot of chatter since December 10, when Patrick Mahomes unraveled on the sideline during a close game with the Buffalo Bills. Moments before, Mahomes hit Travis Kelce in stride for a huge gain. Kelce then threw a heads-up lateral to Kadarius Toney, who went running to the end zone.

There was just one problem: Toney was offsides.

That call by the officiating crew sent Mahomes into a frenzy and ended with him voicing his frustrations to Josh Allen and the media. (Mahomes would later apologize for his actions.)

Travis Kelce also spoke about the play after with game in a mic’d up interaction with Josh Allen, where he admitted that he was bummed the play didn’t count. But he doesn’t blame Kadarius Toney.

In fact, he had a message for anyone with something to say about his guy, “KT,” during the latest episode of his New Heights podcast.
