Victoria Beckham reminds everyone why she’s Posh Spice as she arrives at work in £227k car

Victoria Beckham arrived at work in style today, in a £227,000 motor no less.

The style icon may claim she grew up working class, despite being driven to school in her dad’s Rolls Royce, but there’s certainly no doubt the Wannabe singer is unashamedly leading a lavish lifestyle these days. Posh Spice proved how posh she really is as she pulled up to her office in a Ferrari Roma Blu Pozzi this morning, looking like a true boss as she exited the sports car wearing her trademark black sunglasses and a grey trouser suit.

The singer-turned-designer is sure to be in a good mood at work these days, thanks to her fashion label finally turning a profit last year following it’s launch 15 years ago.

Victoria’s good business news in October came after the mum-of-four had to borrow £30million and saw her venture accumulate losses of £66.3m since its launch in 2008. She revealed to French Vogue in October, “This year, we made a profit,” adding, “This takes time, especially for an independent brand.”

“Now that I have laid down the groundwork for the [fashion] house, the real work can begin,” the Spice Girls legend continued. She further talked about her vision for the future saying: “This is just the beginning. I have lots of ambitions, and I work hard to achieve my goals. I never wait for things to just fall into my lap. It’s such an exciting time.”

Victoria admitted that she had been planning her career in fashion since her school days when she set a trend of wearing socks a particular way to make her legs look longer. “This trend took off and spread all around the school,” she said, even if her mum wasn’t too thrilled about it.

“My mum was beside herself,” she said. “She would say, ‘Now I need to get two pairs of socks ready every morning, and that’s without counting two more pairs for your sister who does the same thing as you’.” It’s certainly paid off, with the Viva Forever singer now seen as an international style icon.
