Andy Reid finds Taylor Swift in the crowd and points her way. Fun moment between the two.

The Kansas City Chiefs are headed back to the Super Bowl after a 17-10 win over the Baltimore Ravens in the AFC Championship Game. Taylor Swift was there to cheer on boyfriend Travis Kelce and the two celebrated together on the field after the game. But he wasn’t the only person she connected with after the big win. Swift and Chiefs coach Andy Reid shared a moment.

As the Chiefs were on the stage receiving the AFC title trophy, Reid spotted Swift in the crowd and pointed to her and she pointed back.

Check it out:

It’s become pretty clear that the Chiefs all seem to be fans of Swift’s and haven’t found her presence around the team to be a distraction. They’ve played their best football — as has Kelce — over the past month with her attending every game. Now they’re headed back to the Super Bowl with their newest superfan cheering the whole way along.

Regardless of how you feel about Swift or Kelce, that’s a really nice moment. A lot of people have ripped Swift for her appearance at games, and claimed the Chiefs would tank and be distracted her her presence, etc. Well, uh, nope.

Kelce has had his best stretch of games of the season over the past month with Swift in attendance every week. Don’t think she’s been much of a distraction.

Kelce came up huge on Sunday, catching 11 passes on 11 targets for 116 yards and a touchdown. He and the Chiefs got it together and are rolling at the right time

Taylor Swift has been a big part of the Kansas City Chiefs’ 2023 NFL season, bringing more attention to the team and boyfriend Travis Kelce from non-football fans than they’ve previously received.

The pop superstar has also become a regular presence at Chiefs games and on TV broadcasts (though she isn’t shown as much as some NFL fans think). That was affirmed by quarterback Patrick Mahomes, who called Swift “part of the team” and coach Andy Reid, who’s just happy that those two kids have found love.

Reid also acknowledged Swift’s relationship to the Chiefs and this season’s run to the Super Bowl during the postgame celebration following Kansas City’s 17–10 win over the Baltimore Ravens on Sunday.

From the stage set up for the Chiefs’ AFC championship celebration, Reid spotted Swift among the crowd on the field and pointed to her in recognition. The moment was captured in a photo by ESPN’s Jeff Darlington.

Chiefs fans certainly hope a sweet moment like this is repeated at the end of Super Bowl LVIII in two weeks.

Swift intends to be in Las Vegas despite performing in Japan the night before, according to reports. She could end up being part of a far bigger celebration and even grander acknowledgements if the Chiefs continue their success.
