The 23-year-old rapper recently unveiled her new tattoo on social media alongside a very cryptic message. “Y2K! ?/?/24,” Ice Spice captioned the Instagram post showing off her new tramp stamp, the love it or hate it ’00s staple. While the ink itself is eye-catching, it’s her caption that has us all riled up and wondering if it could be a hint for the release date of her next project.

Ice Spice’s love for everything Y2K should come as no surprise. Her looks often feature micro skirts, crop tops, and accessories with a ’00s feel. Her hit feature “Boy’s a liar Pt. 2” alongside fellow Y2K resurgence queen PinkPantheress satisfied all of our early ’00s aesthetic needs, so this hint at a possible Y2K-inspired launch feels very on-brand (and dare we say inevitable?) for the star.
