Inside Kobe Bryant’s former home — now on the market for $2.6M

Kobe Bryant’s former Irvine, California, home is back on the market for $2.6 million — less than six months after it first sold.

And the home has definitely received a makeover.

The three-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom abode was first purchased by the late Lakers legend and his wife, Vanessa Bryant, in 2013 for $1.3 million.

Nine months following the five-time NBA champion’s untimely death, Vanessa listed the home for $1.995 million on Oct. 27, 2020. Only two days later, someone scooped up the home for $2 million, according to the Los Angeles Times.

But the new owner evidently had considerable plans in mind for the property.

The listing describes the property as a “completely remodeled single-story gem.”
