Inside Drake’s expensive YOLO mansion, where he and colleagues party all night

Drake, a Canadian rapper, musician, and actor, recently fetched $12 miℓℓion for the sale of his YOLO mansion in Los Angeles.

A mechanical buℓℓ and a grotto pool with a swim-up bar are just a few of the many luxuries this approximately 12,500 square foot mansion offers for living the hip hop star lifestyle in celebrity-studded Hidden Hills.

According to the listing with Branden and Rayni Williams of the Beverly Hills Estates, which made reference to the “you only live once” slogan, “The YOLO estate is a jaw-dropping resort-style home tucked away in the ultra-exclusive, guard-gated enclave of Hidden Hills.” This English Tudor, which is situated on a secluded cul-de-sac and is flanked by equestrian trails, is the ideal fusion of country charm with contemporary convenience.

According to PropertyShark records, Drake, 35, whose full name is Aubrey Drake Graham, paid $7.7 miℓℓion for the house in 2012. According to listing documents, the singer of “Wait for U,” “Toosie Slide,” and “Way 2 Sexy” initially advertised the estate in March for $14.8 miℓℓion. Early in May, it entered under contract.

Because the sale’s records have not yet become available, Mansion Global was unable to identify the buyer.

According to the listing, the main house has beamed ceilings, six fireplaces, a recording studio and lounge, a home theater, a wine cellar, and a tasting area. It is reached over a stone bridge. There is also a roughly 2,000 square foot master bedroom suite with seats and a bar area, a bathroom with two vanities and soaking tubs with marble surrounds, and entry to it via a wood-paneled bookshelves.

The listing mentioned that the pool area has an 80-foot rock waterslide, waterfalls, and multiple televisions in addition to the swim-up bar. Additionally, there are stables, a sand volleyball court, and a tennis/basketball court.
