I’m told the US singer, is close to securing a huge deal to become Caesars Palace’s next “icon” with a residency at the casino.The deal could land him up to £750,000 per show.A Vegas insider revealed: “Caesars feels Bruno will bring something completely different — he can sing, dance and play.“His music appeals to many ages and he can draw huge crowds.“This will send a shock wave around the industry.“Bruno will use Vegas as his main home for his next tour rather than just trek around the world.“Had things worked out differently MICHAEL JACKSON would now have a residency, Bruno is the closest modern version.”Stars at or lined up for Caesars include MARIAH CAREY, CELINE DION, ELTON JOHN and ROD STEWART.Rod’s countryman Calvin earns around £300,000 per show while Britney is said to be on £3 5,000 per gig.I also revealed last year how TAKE THAT are set to land a Sin City residency.GARY BARLOW, MARK OWEN and HOWARD DONALD have been offered a big-money deal to headline a major Vegas hotel as a trio, without departed members ROBBIE WILLIAMS and JASON ORANGE.Another Vegas performer, BILL MEDLEY of Sixties pop duo THE RIGHTEOUS BROTHERS, confirmed Bruno’s talks.Speaking at the Caesars Palace 50th Anniversary Gala, he said: “I heard they were talking to Bruno Mars.“I’d love to see him here.”With his third album on the way, Bruno is in for one mammoth payday in the next 12 months.And that’s even before he has hit the Vegas slot machines.
