Lakers’ Dwight Howard Reportedly Denies Having ‘Unprotected S*x’ At Transgender Parties In Lawsuit

Dwight Howard is trying desperately to restore his name after a transgender jumped on Twitter in November 2018 and accused him of sexually harassing and threatening him. He also threw out damning accusations that they were in a relationship and that Howard attended transgender sex parties.

Masin Elije would soon file a lawsuit against Howard for assault, infliction of emotional distress and more. The lawsuit alleged “Mr. Elije started receiving threats to his safety and well-being via a multitude of phone calls, text messages, communications on various social media platforms and emails, all of which were from unfamiliar or disguised sources.”

The then-Washington Wizards star filed a counter-suit on the YouTuber for slander, invasion of privacy and abusive litigation and demanded the suit be thrown out, but it was turned down.

Documents obtained by Bossip show that his lawyers are hard at work to disprove everything Elije is saying about him.

“Elije can’t produce one witness who would testify that they have personal knowledge his claims, including that Howard personally invited Elije to basketball games, sent him nude pictures or that he had an “understanding” with a “transgender prostitute,” Howard’s lawyer said in the court papers, which were obtained by BOSSIP.

And the lawyer contended that Elije has no proof to back up his claims that Howard “was in everyone raw” at “transgender sex parties,” nor does he have anyone who’d give testimony about it in open court, according to court papers.

Howard’s lawyer pointed out that he asked Elije to produce the evidence in the case as they moved towards trial. But Elije never did, the lawyer said, and now he says enough is enough.”

While his lawyers deal with this, the big man tries to get his career back on track he gets set to play on the Los Angeles Lakers alongside LeBron James and Anthony Davis.
