The matchup between the defending champions Denver Nuggets and Dallas Mavericks brought out the stars over the weekend and that included three-time Super Bowl champion Patrick Mahomes and his wife, Brittany Mahomes.

The sight of the Kansas City Chiefs quarterback along with his wife, Brittany, set the internet on fire.

The couple, who have been together since high school, were shown but had the most awkward exchange with each other as a camera was put in their face while sitting courtside.

As for the actual game, Kyrie Irving stepped up when the Mavs needed him most as he converted an improbable left-hand floater nearly 21 feet away from the basket at the buzzer, winning the game with a final score of 107-105.

Irving finished with 24 points, nine assists, and seven rebounds against the Nuggets. The shot took the internet by storm and even got a reaction from Mahomes as the two of the superstars in their respective sports exchanged handshakes.
