For months, the Hulu personality has been working hard to make her beachfront house the perfect place to live.

Before Kim, 42, purchased the home in 2022, supermodel Cindy Crawford, 57, and her entrepreneur husband Rande Gerber, 60, lived there.
In new aerial shots of the Skims founder’s humble abode, renovations were still underway as ladders, caution tape, and other construction products surrounded the 7,450-square-foot property.
Kim’s home sits on three acres of land right above Malibu’s El Sol Beach.
Additionally, the estate possesses four bedrooms and six bathrooms.
Her home has floor-to-ceiling windows and a balcony that wraps around the back.
The property is surrounded by greenery and is topped with a red roof with tons of space in the area.

Over the summer, Kim showed off her home to her sister, Khloe, in an episode of The Kardashians.
The mom of four told viewers in a confessional: “So I bought a house in Malibu and this has been a dream of mine forever.
“It’s just one of those like pinch-me moments where I can’t believe I like achieved a goal that I really didn’t really think was realistic.”
She then led her sister Khloe around the mansion, showing off the sprawling backyard and private beach.
‘A LITTLE OASIS!’
The Good American co-founder said in a confessional: “Kim’s Malibu house is so beautiful. It’s literally a little oasis. It’s a huge piece of land and she’s right on the beach.”
Kim took Khloe inside and tried to explain her vision for the decor and where everything would be placed.
“They’re doing like a big TV there, keeping the little fireplace and having this be like a tiny little TV room,” she said.
This is also gonna be like a party house. But still with kids. It’s half party and half kids.”
Khloe clarified: “So then Disney and Disney After Dark.”
Kim added in a confessional: “It’s definitely a dream to have a house in Malibu and I think people think like, ‘They have all this stuff and they do all these things, and like it’s so normal.’
“It’s not normal and we know that. It wasn’t like, ‘Oh I got a house in Malibu, no big deal.’
“It was like, I stood on the beach, like tears down my face, like, holy s**t I did this.”
She went on: “This house is going to be the craziest memories for all of my kids, all of my nieces and nephews.”
Kim told Khloe she was going to need a playroom, to which Khloe pointed out: “You don’t need a playroom everywhere you go.
“You know where the playroom is? It’s called the f***ing beach.”
