Kylie Jenner selling LA mansion for $55m featuring movie theater and sports courts as Timothée Chalamet romance heats up

KYLIE Jenner has put her Holmby Hills mansion on the market for almost $20 million more than she paid for it less than four years ago.

The Kardashians star is now offering the home for $55 million after purchasing it for $36.5 million in April 2020, according to real estate sites.

The mansion, built by developer Gala Ashe, features seven bedrooms and 10 bathrooms at just over 15,000 square feet, sitting on
0.83 acres of land.

The luxurious, resort-style compound just off Sunset Boulevard is on one of the best streets in LA’s Platinum Triangle of Holmby Hills, Beverly Hills, and Bel Air.

“Exceptionally built and designed single story style modern compound offers the ultimate in elegance, style and technology and features many additional unique and important amenities,” reads the description for the Los Angeles property on Zillow.

Just some of the home features include an outdoor projection screen, home theater, multiple bars and game rooms, and a sports court.

The U.S. Sun has reached out to Kylie’s rep for comment.

In September, The U.S. Sun exclusively revealed that Kylie and her ex Travis Scott sold their $20 million Beverly Hills mansion after calling it quits earlier in the year.

Realtor websites showed that the price of the home was reduced from $21.9 million down to $19.9 million in April, leading to the sale.

The seven-bed, ten-bath property was jointly shared between the Kylie Cosmetics founder and her rapper ex-beau.

Kylie has since been busy with the construction of a new mansion that rests between her mom Kris Jenner and her sister Khloe Kardashian’s Hidden Hills homes.

Aerial photos have shown that the house is well into the construction process after it was previously postponed by the pandemic.

Kylie’s sisters Kim, 43, and Kourtney, 44, also live nearby, with the Skims founder’s home being the most expensive at a whopping $60 million.

MAKING MOVES

The new listing comes as Kylie, 26, has been taking huge steps in her relationship with boyfriend Timothee Chalamet, 28.

The Wonka star and Kylie Cosmetics founder have been reportedly seeing each other since January 2023, opting to stay out of the public eye.

In December, sources claimed that Timothee had started “quietly moving things” into her mega-mansion.

“When he’s in LA, Timothée lives with Kylie. She’s so private that her sisters don’t even know about it yet,” one insider close to the couple revealed.

“The idea of having the same home base — it’s the best way to see one another with their busy schedules. They miss each other so much when they’re apart, and that’s been most evident recently with his huge press tour.”

Kylie also accompanied the nominated actor at this year’s Golden Globes, where the two were seen sharing a kiss on-screen.
