Jay-Z and Beyoncé paid $200 million for their new home in California (USA). This is the most expensive home ever sold in the state and the second most expensive in the entire United States.

Beyoncé and Jay-Z’s L-shaped residence features vast concrete hallways as well as floor-to-ceiling glass panels.
The spacious backyard has a swimming pool and ends with a cliff overlooking the beach.
This mansion was previously owned by art collector William Bell and it took him 15 years to build it.
