Based on statistics tracked by Taylor Swift’s Jets on Instagram, the hitmaker’s trips have generated 138 tons of CO2 emissions to date.
The singer will need to plant 2,282 trees and let them grow for 10 years to offset the environmental damage caused by her flights.

According to the Greenhouse Gas Equivalent Calculator, it is equivalent to the energy used by 17 homes in a year or the electricity used by 26.9 homes in a year.
Swift owns two planes worth millions of dollars: a Dassault Falcon 7x, registered N621MM under Island Jet Inc. and a Dassault Falcon 900, registered N898TS under SATA LLFC.
Both companies are tied to Taylor Swift Productions in Nashville, Tennessee, according to documents from the Tennessee Secretary of State.
After she topped the 2022 pollution rankings, Taylor’s rep fired back, claiming Swift often lets someone else take her Falcon 7X jet to travel around the world.
The journeys used up 12,622 gallons of jet fuel, which was calculated to cost a whopping $70,779.

A spokesperson for Swift told DailyMail.com that she is working to reduce her jet carbon emissions by traveling less frequently than in previous years.
The excess credit means Taylor may have taken on more than enough to cover her latest romance that sprung up amid her sold-out tour, with outings supporting Kelce’s gas boost carbon emissions along with her planned tours.
