The streets of Los Angeles are set to echo with the beats of Hip Hop, as the ‘Hip Hop Til Infinity’ exhibit rolls into town. As part of the Hip Hop 50 celebrations, put together by Mass Appeal, the exhibit will open its doors at the Amoeba Store on Sunset Boulevard on January 12, and will continue through mid-March.

From the Streets of New York to the West Coast

Originally launched in New York City in 2023, ‘Hip Hop Til Infinity’ is a unique showcase, presenting 50 years of Hip Hop culture through a wide variety of artifacts. The immersive experience doesn’t just stop at exhibits; it extends to interactive elements such as workshops, panel discussions, and listening parties that captivate and engage the audience.

A Tribute to West Coast Rap

As the exhibit moves West, it shines a spotlight on the 30th anniversary of Snoop Dogg’s album Doggystyle. The West Coast rapper’s contribution to Hip Hop history is being recognized with exclusive merchandise and artifacts on display. Snoop Dogg expressed his gratitude for this tribute, underlining the importance of acknowledging the West Coast rap scene’s contribution to Hip Hop culture.

In addition to Snoop Dogg’s memorabilia, the exhibit will also feature items from other West Coast icons like Nipsey Hussle. Visitors will have the opportunity to explore a diverse selection of Hip Hop-related products, offering a well-rounded experience of the genre’s rich history and evolution.
