JULIANNE Hough has shown off her rock-hard abs in a sports bra after ripping critics who said her Dancing with the Stars outfits are inappropriate.

The two-time Mirrorball winner posted a video showing off her fit figure to her health and wellness website Kinrgy’s Instagram account.

In the promotional video. Julianne, 35, was shown sporting a gray sports bar with skintight leggings and a sunhat as she congregated with other members of the retreat.

The DWTS host was later shown sandwiched between two women she was hugging as she continued wearing the figure-flaunting outfit while outdoors.

On Christmas Day, Julianne took to Instagram to take a stroll down memory lane by sharing a clip from an episode of the celebrity dance competition.

In the short video, which aired live during the DWTS finale, Julianne wore a red cut-out bodysuit during a holiday-themed dance routine.

The TV personality had on a glittery one-piece that featured a plunging neckline and cut-outs on the side.

Julianne added a pair of red sparkly thigh-high boots to her attire, as she sang Santa Claus Is Coming to Town with her show co-host Alfonso Ribeiro.

She captioned the throwback clip: “This was fun,” and added a heart emoji.

Back when the performance first aired, however, viewers weren’t exactly happy with the outfit.

“This is too much! There are kids in the audience,” one person raged at the time on the platform X, formerly known as Twitter.

Another added: “Your outfit tonight is absolutely hideous! Put your a** away!” as one reacted, “… I was praying she was going to do an outfit change.”

The DWTS finale brought plenty of backlash for Julianne when it came to her choice of outfits as some fans also had an issue with a black gown she wore during the episode.

On that particular night, Julianne showed off her figure by wearing a drop-waist black Versace gown.

The dress’s bodice was made of mesh, and the corset-like satin lining highlighted the entertainer’s teeny waistline.

However, when Julianne spun around for the camera, fans noticed that the drop waist showed off more of her butt than originally thought.

“Explain your dress and why the back seems to be below your tushie?!” a viewer pleaded.

Someone else wrote on X: “And the front looks like she’s showing her lady parts. I don’t like the stiff bottom should’ve been more flowing.”
NO MAKEUP NEEDED

Recently, Julianne showed off her incredible figure in several glam outfits for Disney Parks’ Magical Christmas Day Parade on Instagram.

Julianne started the clip by wearing a black hoodie, no makeup, and gold under-eye patches.

She then changed into a red cape dress which she teamed with sleek hair and red lipstick.

The clip later cut to the dancer wearing a nude embellished minidress with pink eyeshadow and a topknot.

She finished off the video in a black strapless dress with a full taffeta skirt.

Julianne posted clip on Sunday and captioned it: “‘Tis the season for The Disney Parks Magical Christmas Day Parade!

“Celebrate the holiday with me and Derek Hough Christmas morning on ABC.”

While many fans praised her glam looks, some felt she looked better without all the makeup.

One commented, “You look beautiful with no makeup,” and another added: “Jules. You don’t need makeup.”

A third posted: “You’re really beautiful!! I like your natural look with no makeup or very little I know you have to dress up because of the business you’re in.

“But please more of you when you are being you.”
