In a recent court appearance, Taylor Swift’s alleged stalker, David Crowe, faced troubling accusations from prosecutors, including claims that he had been seen around the pop star’s Tribeca home over 30 times in the past two months.

Crowe, who was arrested twice within three days after reports of him lurking around Swift’s NYC residence, was arraigned on charges of stalking in the 4th degree and harassment in the 1st and 2nd degrees. During the court proceedings, prosecutors presented a complaint alleging that Crowe had been repeatedly spotted near Taylor Swift’s home.

According to law enforcement officials, Crowe’s multiple appearances near Swift’s Tribeca residence raised concerns. On several occasions, he reportedly asked to speak to Taylor, leading to the stalking charge.

Swift got a protective order against Crowe

Despite his repeated arrests, Crowe did not attempt to break into Swift’s $50 million Tribeca compound but was observed loitering outside.

Crowe, believed to be emotionally disturbed, has been released from custody with prosecutors requesting supervised release under strict conditions. A protective order has been issued, preventing him from attempting to contact Taylor Swift.

This incident is not the first involving unwanted attention around Swift’s property, with previous instances of break-ins and stalking attempts.

Taylor was at Orchard Park at the time

Swift, who remained tight-lipped about the recent events, was reportedly in New York briefly before flying to her home in Nashville, Tennesse

The security team took action to have Crowearrested away from Swift’s building while she was away supporting her boyfriend, Travis Kelce, at the Kansas City Chiefs’ playoff game.

Despite the challenges faced by Swift and her security team, the pop sensation has yet to make public statements regarding the stalking incidents. The case continues to unfold as law enforcement remains vigilant about the safety of the multi-award-winning artist.
