The former No. 1 pick made headlines in June when Mills accused him of having an affair with her after he and girlfriend Ahkeema announced she was expecting a baby girl.

Williamson has been back in the news recently, this time for his on-court performance, with the Pelicans reportedly warning him his diet needs to improve and Stephen A. Smith calling him fat.

And Mills has now weighed into the conversation, once again taking aim at Williamson.

In a video shared to social media, the adult film star said: ‘Here’s some advice Zion Williamson since you want to send your publicist to talk s**t about me every other freaking week… how about you get on your treadmill, maybe speed two or three, level 12 and maybe you’ll lose some weight, and go on it for like an hour or two.

In response to Williamson’s birth announcement, Mills, 32, exposed her romantic relationship with the NBA star by sharing alleged screenshots of their intimate text messages.

According to Mills, Williamson never told her that he was seeing anyone, let alone that he was an expecting father.

‘I was with you last week in New Orleans and you couldn’t tell me you had a random thot pregnant after all I’ve done for you @Zionwilliamson,’ Mills tweeted in June. ‘Better pray I’m not pregnant too because I’m definitely late.’

Mills’ Twitter account was ultimately suspended after she threatened to leak sex tapes of herself with Williamson.

She claimed she was involved with Williamson beginning in 2021 and referred to his girlfriend Ahkeema as ‘a low-budget pornstar’. She also made repeated attacks against Williamson on Twitter.

‘You will lose all your endorsements if the sex tapes drop @ZionWilliamson!!’ she wrote.

The first pick of the 2019 NBA Draft, Williamson has failed to live up to lofty expectations in the pros, mostly due to injury and conditioning problems.

Despite those, Williamson is off to a solid start in 2023-24, averaging a team-high 21.8 points a game, while making an impressive 50.5 percent of his field-goal attempts.

The 23-year-old is in the first season of a five-year, $197 million contract.
