‘My last season of basketball was one of the most successful & challenging [years] of my life but it helped me grow immensely,” she captioned a highlight reel of her collegiate film.

“The past few months I have been itching to get back to the game that I thought I lost the passion for.

“With that being said, I am returning for one more [season].

“I had a purpose before everyone had an opinion.”

This comes a year after the duo announced they would be leaving college basketball.

Signed on to the WWE’s Next In Line program, they subsequently spent time at their Performance Center in Orlando, Florida as they pushed forward with their budding wrestling careers.

The unexpected news was met with huge excitement by fans, who flocked to congratulate her in the comments.

“Queen!!!! Let’s go!!!” one wrote.

“Yay Hanna!! Can’t wait to watch you kill it,” a second said.

“The U is back,” a third replied.

Haley too chimed in, sharing the video on her Stories along with the caption, “Deserves it as much as anyone else #1Fan.”

The Cavinder twins won’t be lining up side by side this season, however, with Haley having transferred to TCU.

This move has seemingly allowed her to be closer to her boyfriend, Dallas Cowboys tight end Jake Ferguson.

In their first and final season with the U, having transferred from Fresno State, the Cavinders finished 22-13, reaching the Elite Eight in the NCAA Tournament.

During the 2022-2023 season, Hannah made 34 appearances off the bench, averaging 16.7 minutes and 3.8 points per game.

Haley started 35 games, averaging 30.9 minutes and 16.7 points en route to being named an All-ACC Second-Teamer.

The duo had shot to fame during their collegiate careers thanks to their vast social media profiles.
