The Baltimore Ravens have ruled out one of their top superstars for Saturday’s AFC Divisional Round tilt with the Houston Texans.

In their updated injury report that was released on Thursday, the Ravens ruled out All-Pro cornerback Marlon Humphrey with a calf injury. Humphrey suffered the injury in Week 17 against the Miami Dolphins.

The three-time Pro Bowl cornerback was limited to 10 games in the regular season. He finished with one interception, five pass defenses and 26 combined tackles.

Humphrey’s absence will make things more difficult on the defensive side of the ball, but the Ravens may get a boost on offense with Pro Bowl tight end Mark Andrews possibly returning to action.

Andrews was expected to miss the rest of the season after undergoing surgery on an ankle injury he suffered back in Week 11. But the 28-year-old practiced in full on both Wednesday and Thursday, a strong indicator that he’s inching close to a return.

The Ravens finished as the No. 1 scoring defense in football, allowing just 16.5 points per game. Mike Macdonald’s group ranked sixth against the pass, allowing 191.9 yards through the air per contest.

With a win on Saturday, Baltimore will make the AFC Championship Game for the first time since 2012, the last year the organization reached and won the Super Bowl.
