A new viral video shows a mic’d up DeMeco Ryans perfectly predicting Joe Flacco’s game-changing pick-six in the Houston Texans-Cleveland Browns Wild Card Round showdown last Saturday.

Trailing 31-14 late in the third quarter, the Browns attempted to convert on 4th-and-2 at their own 33-yard line. But second-year linebacker Christian Harris knew exactly what was coming and picked off Flacco for a pick-six that helped Houston put the game away:

Cameras and microphones caught a heads-up Ryans talking to Harris on the sidelines before the interception. Ryans knew exactly what was coming, telling Harris to “play the quarterback” and to “step in front of it” for an interception.

And bingo was his name-o.

And that, ladies and gentlemen, is how to coach in football.

That was the second pick-six Flacco threw in the quarter. Minutes earlier, Steven Nelson picked off Flacco and returned it 82 yards for a touchdown that helped Houston increase its lead to three scores.

With the 45-15 victory, the Texans won their first playoff game in four years. They will now visit Lamar Jackson and the top-seeded Baltimore Ravens, with Ryans and company looking to clinch Houston’s first ever trip to the AFC Championship Game.

The Texans and Ravens met back in Week 1, with the Ravens cruising to a 25-9 victory at home in C.J. Stroud’s NFL debut. Fast forward more than four months later, and the two teams are set to meet again at the same venue.

Only this time, the stakes are much higher.
