The Hip Hop megastar paid $16.8 мιIIιоnꜱ for the opulent 7 bedroom, 11 bathtub house and is now seeking a significant comeback by asking $29 мιIIιоnꜱ for it. Nevertheless, prospective buyers cannot claim that they won’t get their money’s value.

His East Coast home is in a better location, but his West Coast home has a little more room. It covers a half-acre on Allison Island, a 35-acre island in Biscayne Bay that is home to opulent residences. There is a tropical backyard with a pool, cabana, private dock, and 110 feet of water frontage to make the most of the waterfront location.
