PRINCE Harry would become an “international laughing stock” if he were to be kicked out of the US, said a royal expert.
The Duke of Sussex, 39, is battling to block the release of his immigration papers after a US judge ordered them to be handed over.

It came as concerns were raised over his visa application after Harry wrote about taking coke, weed and magic mushrooms in his memoir Spare.
Royal expert Richard Fitzwilliams told The Sun it would be “surreal” and “embarrassing” if the duke was removed from the States.
“It would be a scandal. It would be unprecedented,” he said.
“He would be an international laughing stock. He’s been foolish enough to write what he did, so there is no feeling sorry for him.
“He thought he could do and say what he liked and now is facing the repercussions.”
The royal commentator dubbed Harry’s move “unwise and foolish”, adding it would “not improve UK-US relations”.
“It will turn it into a circus,” he continued.
“His father is the head of state. Its a surreal thought but if he is kicked out it will be embarrassing.
“If he is chucked out – well he is not popular in Britain. It would once again make life difficult for Charles.”
It comes as Judge Carl Nichols yesterday asked officials to hand over the documents saying the Department for Homeland Security’s privacy argument was “insufficiently detailed”.

The DHS, which oversees immigration, previously said it would breach Harry’s privacy if the documents are released.
They added he has the right to privacy despite being a celebrity.
In their legal findings, the DHS said the records are “particularly sensitive” because they would “reveal Harry’s (immigration) status in the United States”.
It follows the Heritage Foundation’s argument that releasing the documents would prove if Harry lied about his past drug use on his visa application.
They say that if the Duke did lie, he could be in breach of US federal law and should lose his immigration status.
The Heritage Foundation’s lawyer Samuel Dewey earlier accused the US government of “providing special treatment to celebrities” to enter the US.
Heritage has claimed in legal filings that Harry has given up the right to privacy over the matter after being so candid in his memoir.
Meanwhile, lawyers for the US government argued Harry’s drug claims in the explosive book “is not proof” he actually took them.
Lawyers for the Biden administration rejected the allegation of special treatment.
Judge Nichols gave DHS until March 21 to submit their declarations.
