In the 1980s, Evander Holyfield was the undisputed cruiserweight champion and earned over $350 mιllιon. The former boxer retired to spend time with his family after a few losses and diminishing ventures.

One of his biggest properties, his Georgia house, required repair. According to The Sun, the mansion was auctioned due to foreclosure because it cost $1 mιllιon  to maintain.
