Kim Kardashian Reveals She and Khloé Kardashian Shoplifted from the Dior Store as Teenagers

Kim Kardashian West‘s coming clean about breaking the law as a teen with her sister Khloé Kardashian.

The Keeping Up with the Kardashians star, who launched her first sunglasses collection with Carolina Lemke last week, admits she and Khloé snatched a pair of expensive, rimless Christian Dior shades from the label’s store over two decades ago.

“We were in Hawaii and there was this Christian Dior store and no one [was working] there. Like, it was [in] the wild… just an empty store,” Kim giggled as she told Bustle. “Khloé really wanted the Dior sunglasses, so she took them and we walked out.”

Though the sisters did break the law, Kim couldn’t deny how amazing that particular pair of sunglasses were. She’s even kept them to this day! “These sunglasses were everything. I still have them to this day and they were so much fun. So cute,” Kim says.

As of now, Kim still finds humor in their shoplifting experience. “That was so funny. We were like ‘this is wild.’ I think the [employee] must have gone to the bathroom or been in the back by herself on a Sunday,” she says. “I don’t know what the story was, but it was really funny.”

The Kardashian sisters are very candid about their “wild years“, including the time they shamelessly admitted they’ve experimented ecstasy in the past.

During a November episode of Keeping Up with the Kardashians, Kim reflected on it during a conversation with Scott Disick and Kendall Jenner, who kicked things off by mentioning that she’d “heard stories” from back in the day about Kim.

“You went to Disney and you were all high or something — or Six Flags,” said Disick, 35. “I didn’t know you got high,” said Jenner, 23.

“I got married on ecstasy. The first time,” Kim said of her wedding to music producer Damon Thomas in 2000. “I did ecstasy once and I got married,” she continued. “I did it again, I made a sex tape. Like, everything bad would happen.”

Her sisters Khloé and Kourtney Kardashian also came clean about trying the drug during an appearance on Andy Cohen‘s Watch What Happens Live earlier this year. In his final question of the night, Cohen read an inquiry for Khloé and Kourtney from a WWHL viewer: “We know that Kim has done ecstasy before, but what about the other sisters?”

Khloé was first to speak, and admitted, “I’ve done it with Kim before.” She then turned to Kourtney and asked, “Do you want to talk?”

“I don’t know,” Kourtney said with a laugh. “You don’t know what?” asked Khloé. “If you took a pill once?”

Kourtney finally admitted, “I have,” and added, “But I don’t think I did it with you two. I think I would kill myself.”
