Born in on October 5, 1989, Westlake, Ohio, Travis Kelce is a very successful American football player, who is in the NFL.

His older brother, Jason Kelce, is a center for the Philadelphia Eagles.

The pair grew up in Cleveland Heights, Ohio and both played football for their high school team and at the University of Cincinnati.

After college Travis drafted by the Kansas City Chiefs in 2013, where he has been ever since.

Considered one of the greatest tight ends of all time, Travis is a nine-time Pro Bowler and a seven-time All-Pro, with 4 first-team and 3 second-team selections.

Outside of football, he co-hosts the popular podcast New Heights with his brother Jason.

Each deal, according to the insider, is worth between $2M (£1.6M) and $4M (£3.2) million for a year-long association with the podcast, which is now also attracting interest from TV companies.

How did Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift meet?

Since September 2023, Travis has been in a relationship with Taylor Swift.

While speaking on the New Heights podcast in July 2023, the football star spoke with his brother Jason about how he tried to give the pop icon his number.

He revealed that while at one of Taylor’s historic Eras Tour concerts at Kansas City’s Arrowhead Stadium, he planned and failed to give her a friendship bracelet containing his number.

It all started when Travis very adorably put me on blast on his podcast.

Travis said: “I was disappointed that she doesn’t talk before or after her shows because she has to save her voice for the 44 songs that she sings, so I was a little butthurt I didn’t get to hand her one of the bracelets I made for her.”

He continued: “If you’re up on Taylor Swift concerts, there are friendship bracelets. I received a bunch of them being there, but I wanted to give Taylor Swift one with my number on it.

“She doesn’t meet anybody, or at least she didn’t want to meet me, so I took it personal.”

However, the NFL player later succeeded in contacting the singing superstar.

Taylor revealed to Time that their romance “all started when Travis very adorably put me on blast on his podcast.”

She also confessed that the two were already a couple by the time she was first spotted at his game.

During a press conference on February 5, 2024, Travis put rumours of an impending engagement to rest.

When asked by a reporter if there was “going to be another ring” given out if he won the Super Bowl, Travis said he was only focused on the game.
