SEAN “Diddy” Combs’ sexual assault accuser has claimed that Cuba Gooding Jr. also harassed him in a scathing new lawsuit addition.

Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones has listed the Snow Dogs actor as a defendant in an amended civil complaint filed on Monday.

The document claimed that the music producer was “groped” by Cuba Gooding Jr. while aboard Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs’ rented yacht in the U.S. Virgin Islands in 2023, as reported by NBC News.

The original lawsuit filed in late February included the claim against Cuba but did not list him as a defendant in the case.

Instead, Jones simply referenced the allegation in his accusations against Combs, slamming the rapper for allegedly not protecting him at the time.

According to the new filing, Diddy introduced Jones to Cuba on the yacht, before leaving them alone in a “makeshift studio.”

From there, the actor allegedly “began touching, groping, and fondling Mr. Jones’ legs, his upper inner thighs near his groin, the small of his back near his buttocks, and his shoulders,” the complaint claimed.

Jones said in the court filing that he became “extremely uncomfortable and proceeded to lean away” from Cuba, adding that he “rejected his advances and Mr. Gooding Jr. did not stop until Mr. Jones forcibly pushed him away.”

The Oscar-winning actor has not been charged with any crimes concerning the alleged incident.

The U.S. Sun has reached out to Gooding Jr.’s representatives but has not heard back.

CUBA’S HISTORY

Gooding Jr. previously pleaded guilty in 2022 to a misdemeanor charge after forcibly kissing a waitress four years prior.

After completing a course of alcohol and behavior modification counseling, the Radio star was able to withdraw his original plea regarding the 2018 incident.

Cuba accepted a lesser harassment violation and resolved the case without any jail time, according to NBC News.

SHOCKING CLAIMS

Rodney’s lawsuit against Diddy accuses him of sexual harassment while working on the 2023 Grammy-nominated record, The Love Album: Off The Grid.

Jones asserted in his filing that he was forced to endure “constant” wrongdoings in the way of “groping and violent threats” and was ordered to acquire sex workers for Combs.

Diddy’s lawyer has denied the claims, previously telling The Daily Beast, “Lil Rod is nothing more than a liar… shamelessly looking for an undeserved payday.

“His reckless name-dropping about events that are pure fiction and simply did not happen is nothing more than a transparent attempt to garner headlines.”

FEDERAL RAID

Combs’ homes in Los Angeles and Miami went under raid by federal agents on Monday, reportedly due to an ongoing sex trafficking investigation.

Officials were spotted hauling laptops and big boxes of evidence out of his two mansions.

The federal probe was launched by authorities in New York, The Associated Press reported.

QUICK ESCAPE?

Diddy was not placed under arrest but he was seen at Miami Airport after the raids on Monday.

He was spotted walking around by himself outside a Customs office at the Miami-Opa Locka Executive Airport, TMZ reported.

Diddy’s private LoveAir LLC jet has reportedly flown to the Caribbean but it is not known if the rapper was on the plane, the outlet added.

Flight tracking data reportedly showed the jet landed in Antigua on Monday.

Homeland Security confirmed during the raid that its agents “executed law enforcement actions as part of an ongoing investigation, with assistance from HSI Los Angeles, HSI Miami, and our local law enforcement partners.”
