EXCLUSIVE: Marisha Wallace admits to ‘PLAYING THE GAME’ on Celebrity Big Brother during Ekin-Su showdown which got her EVICTED

Celebrity Big Brother star Marisha Wallace has admitted that she was ‘playing a game’ in the famous house before her shock eviction.

The theatre star and singer became the fifth housemate to be booted out of the Celebrity Big Brother house on Tuesday night, followed quickly after by Zeze Millz whose time in the house has also come to an end. In her exit interview, Marisha discussed her infamous fall out with Ekin-Su in the house as she opened up about if she regretted her decision.

In her exit chat, Marisha defended her decision to vote for Ekin-Su as she slammed the former Love Island star’s game-playing when it came to her Celebrity Big Brother housemates. In a shocking turn of events last week, Marisha decided to nominate her friend Ekin-Su.

She said at the time: “I know if I get to the final, I can’t beat you. I know that if you get to the final with me, you will win the public vote. I know that if we go head-to-head, you have a huge following, you played these games before you know how to win and if I want to win this, if I ever had the chance, I wouldn’t have the chance against you.”

Despite nominating Ekin-Su as a huge gameplayer, Marisha has now revealed that she was the biggest game-player in the house – and she feels unapologetic about it. Speaking to The Mirror and other press following her shock eviction, Marisha said of her row with Ekin and being nominated by fellow housemate, Colson Smith: “I didn’t understand it. How could I be a game-player in a game? I was literally called out for being a game-player… in a literal game. Everyone was playing the game – whether you want to believe that or not. Everyone wants to win and nobody wants to be kicked out.

“We’re doing all these silly tasks and doing all the things we need to do to not be nominated and not lose certain privileges in the house. When I did that talk in the court, everyone else in the house agreed with me. They were like ‘you’re right, because that’s what we signed up for’. We signed up to go on a gameshow. I don’t know why it’s a bad thing to be called a player – because everyone was one.”

Marisha nominating Ekin-Su caused utter havoc in the Celebrity Big Brother house. At the time, a seething Ekin-Su fumed: “I knew this was going to happen, this judging me because I went on a f***ing show before. You’ve been close with me this whole time so you’ve been fake with me this whole time.”

Marisha was devastated over the row and headed to the Diary Room, where she broke down into tears, as she said: “I got Olivier nominated. Yay! Yay! Yay. I feel horrible. This is supposed to be the best day of my life, and I feel horrible. I just want to go home. I’ve only known these people for a week and a half. I just want them to be ok. I want to be ok.”

Following her shock eviction, Marisha told The Mirror that she is hoping Heartstopper actor Bradley Riches now goes on to win the show. “I know Bradley did nominate me – but sometimes we have to nominate our friends,” she quipped. “I think he would be a very deserving winner.”
