NORTH West has fans questioning if her mom, Kim Kardashian, got secret surgery after sharing one of her bikini selfies.

The 10-year-old daughter of Kim, 43, and Kanye West, 46, shared a new set of photos to her TikTok account over the weekend.

One of the shots featured a selfie of her mom as she posed on the boat during her recent Turks & Caicos vacation.

The Kardashians star pouted her lips for the camera and captured the clear blue water behind her.

She also made sure to show off some major cleavage in her plunging white top, which she paired with a chunky silver cross necklace.

Another selfie in North’s TikTok showed Kim holding up the peace sign and giving the duck face while standing on a boardwalk.

Kim was seen wearing a brown snakeskin bikini, which she paired with a flat-brimmed cowboy hat.

The Skims mogul shared more shots from the trip on her Instagram, showing her on the beach as she flaunted her tanned body in the revealing suit.

On Reddit, some fans inquired about Kim getting a boob job as they believed they spotted scars from a possible lift.

“Has she herself ever confirmed her boob job (remember that weird fitness xray or whatever that clearly showed her implants) – because methinks I spy a scar on her right underboob in pic 3!” one person wrote.

“No. She has denied implants. But it’s clear she has had them redone after all the ozempic,” a second replied.

Another person believed her implants were visible on both sides.

While some fans speculated a possible breast augmentation, Kim also let her natural skin show in the vacation snaps – something she has been doing more of recently.

While Kim glistened in the sun, her wrinkles and natural skin texture were much more visible.

Although Kim shared her own vacation photos on Instagram, she and her sister Khloe, 39, also showed their real stomachs in a set of rare, unedited paparazzi snaps.

The sisters were seen relaxing on the beach and swimming in the ocean during their Turks trip, sporting matching snakeskin suits.

The Skkn founder showed off her chiseled abs and curvy hips in the two-piece, which showed off much of her famous backside.

Khloe’s thin frame was on full display in her one-piece swimsuit, allowing her to flaunt her lean legs as she walked along the shore.

The Good American founder accessorized her beachy look with a matching headscarf, sunglasses, and a few gold necklaces.

BACKSIDE SURGERY?

Recently, Kim posed in orange underwear amid Brazilian butt lift rumors when she modeled various outfits from Skims.

In an Instagram Story, the fashion mogul was seen wearing an apricot thong with an orange scoop bralette.

The post came after eagle-eyed fans speculated she had surgery to reduce her buttock size.

The commotion started in a Kardashian-dedicated Reddit board, where social media sleuths compared the snapshots to previous pictures of the American Horror Story star in 2015.

Fans thought her butt appeared to be much smaller after comparing the photo set, with one theorist claiming, “Kim definitely got a reduction.”

“The fact that she’s pregnant and her butt is STILL bigger than her stomach,” another theorist said of her 2015 shots.

Kim was pregnant with her son Saint, 8, at the time.

Along with North and Saint, Kim also shares daughter Chicago, 6, and son Psalm, 4, with Kanye.
