LOVE Island star Jessie Wynter has sparked outrage on social media after she confessed to spending £100 on a takeaway with her boyfriend, the social media sensation, Farmer Will.

The Aussie reality TV star, 26, confessed that the pair splashed out on food from the pizza chain, Prezzo, to celebrate Jessie’s return to the UK after Will, 24, picked her up from the airport.

Speaking to her followers on TikTok, Jessie said: “It’s my first night back in the UK and my boyfriend surprised me with treats when I got home, so I am going to get him dinner.”

The couple ordered a pizza, carbonara pasta, mozzarella balls, calamari and salad.

At the end of the footage, Jessie quipped: “We’re going to be in a food coma.”

But many of the fans were left unimpressed by such a lavish display of spending.

One wrote: “£100 on a takeaway ….. omg that’s a 2 week food shop for me . Don’t get takeaways as I’m poor . Enjoy.”

Another said: “£100 is crazy.”

Meanwhile another said: “Proper tory takeaway that.”

The 26 year old had returned from the Coachella music festival IN LA, where she’d been partying with reality star Chloe Burrows, with the pair coordinating their outfits.

Indeed Jessie met Will Young, a sheep farmer, in South Africa last year after they both competed on Love Island 2023, narrowly missing out on a place in the final.

Since then Jessie has relocated from her native Australia, to live with Will Young’s family in Buckinghamshire where they run a successful farming business.

The star admitted that being welcomed into the Young family has helped to cure her homesickness. She said:

“I feel if I hadn’t gone back to the farm it might have been too overwhelming coming straight into a new country, the hustle and bustle,” she says.

“I know it’s different. It’s not the typical Love Island setting, but we’re so happy with how it’s worked out.

“There have been periods where I’ve felt so homesick, but Will and his family have been so comforting for me. I’d be lost without them, they’re so lovely.”
