Today Giovanni, 33, denied he has got engaged to girlfriend Molly Brown, 24.

In pictures shared by The Mirror, Molly sported a gold band on her ring finger as she and Giovanni headed home together after an evening at the theatre.

The fact she was wearing a piece of impressive jewellery on THAT finger, immediately sparked engagement rumours.

However, a representative for Giovanni told the MailOnline that they are not getting married.

The Italian dancer went Instagram official with the model in February, with Molly sharing a sweet photo of the two cuddled up with the caption “Amore Mio”.

Giovanni also repeated the Italian phrase in the comments before reposting the snap to his own Instagram Stories.

A source told The Mirror back in February: “Giovanni and Molly met a few weeks ago, and though it is very early days, things seem to be going well between them’.

“He has been keeping things quiet because he didn’t want too much pressure on as they’re getting to know each other.”

The Italian dancer has previously dated a whole host star beauties including Love Island’s Maura Higgins, The Only Way Is Essex’s Jess Wright and his former Strictly partner Georgia May Foote.

Meanwhile, earlier this month Giovanni sparked rumours he’ll quit Strictly – despite being backed by the BBC amid the Amanda Abbington claims.

The professional dancer has named his 2025 tour Giovanni: The Last Dance.

It’s led some fans to fear he’s planning his final series on the hit BBC show.

Giovanni is expected to be announced as one of the professional dancers when the series returns this autumn.

The 33-year-old will then go on his solo tour next January until May.

A source told the Mirror: “It is no secret that the last few months have been difficult for Giovanni.

“The name of his 2025 show will certainly get the rumour mill spinning.”

In January, it emerged that Amanda allegedly told pals that her tense relationship with Giovanni during her time on Strictly had left her with post-traumatic stress disorder.

The Sun revealed that the Sherlock actress had demanded footage of her rehearsals with partner Giovanni and was seeking legal advice.

BBC bosses doubled down in their support of the Italian, despite controversy surrounding his previous pairings.

It comes after previous partners Amanda Abbington, Laura Whitmore and Ranvir Singh met last week to compare notes about their negative experiences with him.

Former Love Island presenter Laura, 38, previously said she “cried every day” and felt “uncomfortable” while training with Gio when they were paired up in 2016.

Good Morning Britain presenter Ranvir, 46, also flagged an issue during training with Giovanni, and said that she was unhappy.

Gio said: “I am a perfectionist, 100 per cent, but it comes from a perspective of caring.

“I think all of the professional dancers are in the same place.”

A BBC spokesman said: “The professional dancers for 2024 will be announced in due course.”
