What does the winner of Celebrity Big Brother 2024 win?
Viewers could argue that the Celebrity Big Brother contestants have each already won just by taking part in the show – as they were all paid to take part. While some have seen their careers receive an astronomical boost after being beamed into living rooms around the UK every night during the prime time slot of 9pm on ITV1.
But the winner of the show will actually win – nothing at all. There is no cash prize to those who win the show and instead they win just bragging rights to know they are officially the favourite of the viewing public. In past seasons of Celebrity Big Brother, the winner would win a cash prize that would be donated ton charity – but this kindly feature was removed in 2018 for the final seasons of the iteration of the show that aired on Channel 5.
TV fans could argue that the 2024 contestants have already won – as some have landed huge fees to take part in the show. A report suggested Love Island’s Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu, 29, could have earned as much as £33,000 during her time in the house. While Sharon Osbourne, 71 – who featured as a Celebrity Houseguest and remained in the house for a limited nine days – reportedly earned £100,000 per day to star on the show.

Who is favourite to win Celebrity Big Brother 2024?
As ITV ’s Celebrity Big Brother entered the final week of the show, 71-year-old former X Factor judge Louis Walsh had been the bookie’s favourite to win the show.
He has brought drama by clashing with fellow contestants – and made headlines by giving scathing opinions about fellow celebrities while on camera. He has lashed out at Jedward, Sir Bob Geldof, Ronan Keating, James Corden, Anna Wintour and many more while in the famous house.
However, Reality star David Potts was crowned the winner of ITV’s Celebrity Big Brother on the night.
The Ibiza Weekender star beat Strictly Come Dancing professional dancer Nikita Kuzmin to the title, after Coronation Street actor Colson Smith finished third, former X Factor judge Louis Walsh came fourth and TV presenter Fern Britton placed fifth.
