Madison Square Garden’s weekend games will always have a star-studded attendance. On Saturday, the New York Knicks played against their neighbors, the Brooklyn Nets at home. To witness another victory, many celebrities, including Tyla, showed up to cheer for their favorite team.

Despite having a star-studded game, one caught the netizens’ attention. Grammy award-winning Tyla attended the game courtside to watch Jalen Brunson and Mikal Bridges battle it out. The South African singer has recently impressed fans with her amazing singing and dancing skills. The 22-year-old’s popularity has resulted in a huge fan following online. NBA fans were excited to see the singer attend the Knicks vs Brooklyn Nets game.

In the game, the Nets led in points for the first two quarters, but the Knicks took over in the third and won at the end. The win was a team effort for the Knicks, as all the starters played their role perfectly. However, Knicks forward Donte DiVincenzo played magnificently as he had an amazing scoring night with 31 points, six rebounds, and five assists. Josh Hart worked on the other side of the court as he added 13 rebounds on the board.

Tyla was not the only star that caught the attention. New York Knicks legend Patrick Ewing also attended the game courtside in the Garden. The veteran got a heartwarming welcome from the Knicks fans as they applauded and cheered the star after he was shown on the jumbotron. Among the many celebrities, the moment between Tyla and NBA superstar LeBron James especially went viral. In a viral clip, the four-time champion chatted it up with the young singer as she sat beside the Lakers bench. The athlete approached her as the duo shared a laugh.

In the matchup between James and Stephen Curry, the latter won, but the Lakers star gave his all on the court. James had a 40-point performance, which was not enough for the Lakers to win. Being the 9th and 10th teams in the Western Conference standings, the games between these two teams have remained intense and very exciting for NBA fans and the celebrities in attendance.
