NBA Fans BELIEVE Taylor Swift Is Jinxing Several Playoff TEAMS

Is Taylor Swift cursing NBA teams?

The NBA Playoffs are taking place at the same time as Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour, and a theory has formed online about how the results have progressed thus far and what might happen in the future.

The Conference Finals are currently taking place in both the Eastern and Western Conferences. The winners of each series will book their places in next month’s NBA Finals, and they could very well end with two sweeps.

After three games, the Denver Nuggets lead the Los Angeles Lakers 3-0 in the Western Conference and have the opportunity to complete the sweep in Game Four. In the Eastern Conference, the Miami Heat lead the Boston Celtics 3-0 heading into Game 4 and want to wrap up their series swiftly as well.

While it appears that the Nuggets and the Heat are setting themselves up for an NBA Finals match-up, a theory has emerged online that the Taylor Swift tour is cursing teams.

Swift’s tour dates appear to correspond with whoever has recently lost in the NBA playoffs. Swift performed three gigs at Mercedes-Benz Stadium just days after the Atlanta Hawks lost to the Celtics in the first round, with the first event even taking place on the same day as the deciding Game Six last month.

The Eastern Conference semi-final between the Philadelphia 76ers and the Boston Celtics follows. Swift performed the final of three gigs in Philadelphia on the same day as the Celtics’ 4-3 triumph in Game Seven at Lincoln Financial Field, home of the NFL team the Philadelphia Eagles.

Every NBA city she has played in has seen their team get eliminated.

Now, she still has Los Angeles and Denver on her schedule while she does not have Miami on there.

All eyes will be on the Celtics and their ability to overcome the odds as the mystery surrounding Taylor Swift’s apparent influence on the NBA playoffs continues to emerge. Will they overcome the so-called “Swift curse” and win the Eastern Conference Finals, or will the presence of the pop sensation bring yet more heartbreak for the team and its ardent fans?

Three NBA teams have evened a series after being down 0–3, only to lose in game 7. All three teams were the visiting team in game 7. To date, there has never been a successful comeback from a 3-0 series deficit in the NBA.

It’s not looking good for the Celtics as the Lakers have since been swept by the Denver Nuggets.
