In a time when NBA stars are using social networks more and more frequently, it is a common occurrence for them to have their accounts hacked.

Jamal Murray

Around March 2020, defender Jamal Murray became the victim of a social media account hack. On Instagram, clips of s-x scenes between the Denver Nuggets player and his girlfriend Harper Hampel were released.

Murray’s girlfriend immediately had to delete her social network account with 13,000 followers. The Canadian player also apologized to his lover and asked fans to delete private photos. Luckily, the majority of fans on Twitter supported this player’s right to privacy.

D’Angelo Russell – Nick Young

Young and Russell were once teammates on the dock below the boat

When D’Angelo Russell and Nick Young were teammates at the LA Lakers, both of them were very close and often poured their hearts out to each other. They trust each other so much that Swaggy P is willing to share the story of cheating on his fiancée Iggy Azalea with his 20-year-old brother.

Unfortunately, Young’s trust was betrayed. Russell secretly recorded the conversation with the purpose of pranking his brother. Somehow, the clip on his phone was leaked. D-Lo doesn’t know why that tape leaked out of his phone.

After this incident, the relationship between the two plummeted. Nick Young no longer has any trust in D’Angelo Russell, but honestly, his affair isn’t going well. Iggy Azalea later called off the engagement, and Young got back together with his ex-girlfriend Keonna Green.

Greg Oden

Oden’s embarrassing photo

The No. 1 pick of the Portland Trail Blazers in 2007 was in hot water when his fully nude image was distributed on social networks. Oden initially denied it, but then had to admit it.

This player said he took that photo to send to a woman with whom he was in a relationship. Greg Oden said he had a lot of trust in this person and felt extremely disappointed when the photo was revealed. It’s unclear whether the woman leaked the photo to the media or was hacked, but it’s clear that this was a forgettable event in his not-so-good career.

Kevin Durant

The photo of Durant exhaling smoke went viral in 2014

In 2014, Kevin Durant’s Twitter page posted a photo of the star exhaling smoke. The incident quickly caused an uproar in the NBA when someone thought that this player was using marijuana. Afterwards, the Oklahoma City Thunder player explained that his phone had been hacked.

This player said the photo above was taken when he smoked Hookah, a type of Shisha. One of his teammates, Nick Collison, also confirmed this. The incident was cleared up, but later KD was hacked on Twitter again.
