Gordon Ramsay’s young son Oscar is the chef’s double in cute new snap

Gordon Ramsay’s adorable young son Oscar is the celebrity chef’s double in a cute new snap posted on social media.

The no-holds-barred chef uploaded the picture of the two-year-old on Instagram, and fans were quick to point out the striking similarities between the father-son duo.

“Happy Monday from this little nugget @oscarjramsay,” Gordon captioned the snap.

In the picture, which was liked by Gordon’s longtime friend David Beckham, Oscar is smiling off camera while playing in a garden, and wearing a cute checked shirt.

“He looks just like the legend!!! Adorable!! Michelin stars in the making!” one follower wrote, while another commented: “Big chef little chef.”

Oscar is the spitting image of his famous dad

One follower even jokingly asked the chef if his lookalike son complained about being served poor food. “Does he get angry when the food isn’t up to his standards like you?” they quipped.

The famous chef is dad to five children – Megan, 23, twins Jack and Holly, 21, Matilda, 19, and two-year-old Oscar – who he shares with wife Tana Ramsay.

The couple, who wed in 1996, welcomed little Oscar in 2019, three years after suffering a devastating miscarriage.

Gordon is well-known for his fiery temper

Gordon regularly updates his fans with pictures of his youngest child, and the toddler even has his own Instagram account, which is managed by his big sisters Matilda and Holly.

Mum Tana previously revealed that the youngest of the Ramsay children was strong-willed, just like his famous dad, and also doesn’t let anything get in the way of what he wants.

“Well, he definitely has a strong character, let’s put it that way! He’s hilarious. It’s a blessing to us all,” she told HELLO!.

“He’s just figured out how he can play one off against the other and that’s not just Gordon off against me – that’s everyone. So if someone says ‘no’, he literally moves onto the next and tries to get his way with them,” Tana laughed.

She confessed that being an older parent has its benefits, despite their eldest Megan being more than 20 years older than Oscar.

“Being an older parent and having done this before, you have a way of sitting back and relaxing more and laughing with them,” the former Dancing on Ice contestant explained.

“The other thing for me is I had four of age four and under, so to have one is certainly easier.”

Oscar was dubbed the couple’s rainbow baby, after Tana sadly miscarried a baby boy at five months in 2016.

Gordon took to social media to break the devastating news, alongside an image of him proudly looking on as his wife posed after completing an Ironman Triathlon.

“We’re together healing as a family, but we want to thank everyone again for all your amazing support and well wishes. I’d especially like to send a big thank you to the amazing team at Portland Hospital for everything they’ve done. Gx,” he wrote at the time.

And in April 2019, the Kitchen Nightmares star was over the moon to announce the birth of his son, even though he later revealed he blacked out during Tana’s c-section.

Gordon admitted he’d never been present for the births of any of his children, but immediately regretted his decision to attend Oscar’s arrival.

“This time around, I was there and I absolutely (expletive) my pants. I fainted. I literally dropped on the floor,” he told The Jonathan Ross Show.
