Hailey Bieber talks about Selena Gomez quitting TikTok and ‘made-up and twisted narratives’ of their feud

Justin Bieber’s wife Hailey Bieber has for the first time spoken about her fake feud with his ex Selena Gomez. Here’s what Hailey said.

Model Hailey Bieber has called out people for pitting her against singer-actor Selena Gomez, in an imagined feud. Hailey Baldwin Bieber is the wife of singer Justin Bieber, who before was in a relationship with Selena Gomez for many years.

In February 2023, Selena Gomez reportedly quit the video app TikTok after reports of Hailey Bieber and reality television star Kylie Jenner allegedly making fun of her eyebrows.

Selena Gomez also did not like it when an old video emerged of Hailey Bieber allegedly making fun of her singer-best friend, pop superstar Taylor Swift.

But later, Selena Gomez requested fans to stop attacking Hailey, and Hailey in turn has now asked fans to stop creating fake narratives about their fight.

In an interview with the Bloomberg Originals series The Circuit, hosted by Emily Chang, Hailey Bieber said that she doesn’t think that this is about Selena and her, but about “made-up and twisted narratives” of their fight.

The model explained, “It’s about the vile, disgusting hatred that can come from completely made-up and twisted and perpetuated narratives. That can be really dangerous.”

Hailey Bieber also wished to release a joint statement with Selena Gomez to put an end to the matter.

Hailey said, “It’s an opportunity to really stand for bringing people together and not being okay with the kind of division that caused because I’m not okay with the kind of division that it caused.”
