Maya Jama drops ‘huge hint’ about romance with Leonardo DiCaprio with necklace – but it might not be as it seems

MAYA Jama has stayed very quiet about her secret dates with Hollywood superstar Leonardo DiCaprio.

But fans were shocked when she appeared in a video wearing a necklace bearing his name.

The Hollywood star and Love Island host had a string of dates

The Love Island host, 28, posted on Instagram in a low-cut top with a piece of jewellery with the name ‘Leo’.

The Sun revealed earlier this month that Maya is dating A-list actor Leonardo.

She partied with him in London in February before spending more time with the legendary lothario last month in New York.

The 8-year-old Wolf of Wall Street star sent Maya, 28, roses as a romantic gesture after being introduced by mutual friends.

However, there could be a different reason Bristol-born Maya has a ‘Leo’ necklace.

The star’s birthdate is 1 August, meaning that is her star sign.

However, she does have a track record of hinting about her love life through jewellery.

Last year she appeared to confirm she was engaged to basketball star Ben Simmons sharing a snap of a necklace with the date December 18.

It was thought to be the date, just before Christmas in 2021, that he proposed.

Last August Maya called off her engagement to Ben, 26, after a year together.

The Sun revealed she has grown close to Leo, with a source explaining: “Maya and Leo are in regular contact and have been on a string of dates.

“They have both recently come out of long-term relationships so neither of them are rushing into anything — they are having fun and seeing how it goes.

“They live in different countries and Maya has had a long ­distance relationship before and knows it’s tough, so they are taking things a day at a time.

“Leo has certainly been wooing her though, he loves spending time with her.”

Maya was born in mid-August, meaning her star sign is Leo.
