Johnny Depp has made his official comeback following his ankle injury. The 60-year-old actor was snapped performing onstage with his band Hollywood Vampires at the Pinkpop Festival in the Netherlands on Saturday, and backstage at the Graspop Metal Meeting in Belgium on Sunday. Depp, who fractured his ankle last month, appeared delighted to be back, as he was seen performing alongside bandmate Alice Cooper and smiling backstage alongside Def Leppard’s Joe Elliott in an Instagram photo.
Depp sported a black waistcoat and cropped jacket with a white tank, and his grey medical boot was visible underneath a pair of black leather pants. Completing his ensemble were multiple necklaces, purple lens sunglasses, and a bright blue Baker boy hat, with a red, white, and black printed scarf peering out from his pocket.
This recent weekend run marked Depp’s longest performance since his injury. The star had previously announced on Instagram in May that he would be temporarily stepping back from performing due to his ankle injury. Despite missing shows in New Hampshire, Boston, and New York, Depp assured fans of an amazing show and apologized for the rescheduling.
