Rihanna spent money to buy a penthouse in the sky when she heard about a new member

Rihanna accommodates her growing brood. The singer, expecting her second child, exchanged her Century City home for a $21 million penthouse in the renowned building for celebs.

Dirt reports that the mogul moved directly into a 9,290-square-foot skyscraper from her three-bedroom, 3,500-square-foot Century condo.

Nick Molnar, Afterpay cofounder and seller, reportedly sold the pop star the pad. Molnar listed the unit for $28 miℓℓio𝚗 after nearly two years of ownership. However, he only paid $21.6 million to purchase the condo from actor Matthew Perry.

Floor-to-ceiling windows offer panoramic city views in the circular residence. Four patios, a large living space, and a modern kitchen are further noteworthy.

The 42-story building, with a 24-hour concierge, fitness center, and 75-foot pool, is known as a “paparazzi-proof” hideaway for California’s elite.

The building has housed Paula Abdul, Terry Dubrow, Denzel Washington, and Nobu Matsuhisa. Candy Spelling owns a large two-story penthouse above Rihanna’s new home.
