‘Tupac despised Jay-Z with a passion’: Celebs Who Can’t Stand Jay Z

It seems like Jay-Z just can’t catch a break throughout the course of his colorful career. Even if the following stars haven’t recorded their own acclaimed concept albums about how he did them wrong, they have made it clear they don’t care for the successful rapper and businessman.

There are plenty of fellow rappers who have feuded with Hova, but it goes beyond that, as his list of celebrity foes includes famous family members and Oscar-winning actors. Has Jay-Z given them a good reason to be mad at him, or does he just get a bad rap? Let’s take a look at a few of the celebrities who can’t stand Jay-Z.

Jay Z ‘can’t stand’ Kanye West as it’s claimed he only ever ‘tolerated’ Famous star over the years

It looks like Jay Z and Kanye West might not have ever been as close as we all thought, with a source claiming Jay “can’t stand” the Fade star.

Beyonce’s other half is reportedly sick of Kanye, who first found fame producing Jay’s tracks, after he sounded off at his old mentor during his Saint Pablo Tour date at Key Arena in Seattle on Wednesday.

Kanye made his opinion clear after Beyonce’s husband failed to visit the family home to see how they were after the terrifying ordeal, which saw Kim beg masked robbers to spare her life.

Clearly hurt, Kanye, 38, told fans at his show: “Don’t call me, after the robbery, and say ‘how you feelin?’ You wanna know how I’m feelin? Come by the house. Bring the kids by the house. Like we’re brothers. Let’s sit down.”

He continued: “I can’t take this s*** bro. Our kids have never even played together.”

But a source has now claimed to Page Six that the pair were never on good terms in the first place, and Jay can only “tolerate him in small doses”.

“Jay can’t stand him,” the source told the publication. “He looks at him as this crazy, eccentric motherf ** ker he can tolerate in small doses.”

The source also alleged that he only “tolerated” him during their Watch The Throne tour in 2011 because “there was so much money to be made. Jay was like, ‘I’m gonna knock this out. We’re going to do a tour to bring in millions of dollars. I can tolerate that.’”

They continued: “The reality is that Jay doesn’t want that much to do with him. He likes his own space and is private. They’re very much not the same person. Jay’s immediate circle is very insular, and Kanye is just a guy who always wants something in the spotlight.”

During his rant, Kanye also ruled out a follow up to Watch the Throne because of Jay’s ownership of Tidal and its conflicts with Apple Music.

“There’ll never be a ‘Watch the Throne 2,’” West declared. “Because of some Tidal/Apple bullsh**t.”

According to fans online, he also accused the rivalry of “f***ing up the music game” as he plans to collaborate with Drake instead, the poster boy for Apple Music.

The outburst will surprise fans as Kanye has worked with the 46-year-old star for more than five years.

Yeezy featured on Jay’s hip-hop album The Blueprint in 2001, which saw him make a major comeback.

He even wrote a song, Big Brother , dedicated to the star for his critically-acclaimed record Graduation.
