LOVE it or hate it – the sheer clothing trend shows no signs of slowing down this summer.
But while most women dread the thought of leaving the house without a bra, daring celebrities are now rocking super sheer tops as part of an extreme new fashion craze – and we might have to give this one a miss.

Showcasing the extremely unwearable trend online, Miley Cyrus rocked a super sheer bra in the music video for her new track D.R.E.A.M.
The American singer, 26, was filmed wearing a totally see-through black bra with a denim jacket slung over her shoulders.
And although there’s no denying that this trend lends itself to showing off celebs’ perfect boobs, it doesn’t exactly make for the most office-friendly out of outfits. Right?
What’s more, Miley isn’t the only celebrity who has tried this trend for herself in recent months.

The reality star nailed the trend once again at the Fragrance Foundation Awards last month
Love Island’s Megan Barton-Hanson has rocked the trend on both a casual night out with friends AND a glitzy red carpet event.
In the wake of her split from Wes Nelson, the reality star was photographed wearing a VERY revealing red lace bodysuit with a pair of high-waisted jeans as she partied with pals in Chelsea.
But rather than exposing her chest entirely, Megan covered her modesty with a studded leather biker jacket over the top.
And just last month, the Love Island star rocked the sheer dress trend again when she walked the red carpet at the Fragrance Foundation Awards in London.
Opting for a glamorous black lace gown, Megan shunned a bra once again but covered her nipples with bits of tape. Sorted.

The 23-year-old singer shared a photo of herself wearing a V-neck white lace bodysuit on Instagram earlier this year.
Meanwhile, Alexa Chung and fashion blogger Chiara Ferragni were also been pictured wearing super sheer, romantic lace dresses for Paris Fashion Week back in February.
In other words, this rather racy trend has even got the fashion editor stamp of approval – but will that be enough to convince you to try it out for yourself?

The most popular way reality stars have been modelling this trend is by pairing a see-though lace bodysuit with a pair of skinny jeans.
Similarly to her Love Island co-star Megan Barton-Hanson, Hayley Hughes made a serious style statement when she wore a sheer black lace body with a pair of hot pink trousers.
What’s more, Geordie Shore’s Chloe Ferry paired a super similar black lace bodysuit with a comfy cardi and a pair of jeans for a day at the footie.
In contrast, her co-star Holly Hagan went full-on glam when she donned an eye-catching orange bodysuit with a matching plastic handbag for an extremely revealing smart-casual look.
