Her lawyer politely but firmly laid out the facts, and how they think his claims were an intimidation tactic.

Despite this loss, Brad Pitt is not about to back down, and is reportedly ready to go to any lengths to beat Angelina Jolie in this complicated and very long legal battle.

Angelina Jolie Had A Huge Win In Court

Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt are still going at each other in court, almost a decade after their separation. It’s difficult to say who will ultimately come out a winner, but Angelina Jolie has recently had a huge win in their litigation for a vineyard that they co-owned during their marriage.

Paul Murphy, Angelina’s lawyer, recently spoke about his client’s win, stating that “The judge dismissed most of Mr. Pitt’s claims because they don’t have a legal basis.”

He also said that Brad Pitt was not fighting the actress for financial reasons, but rather to distract the public from the more serious allegations against him, which are of course related to their custody battle and his treatment of Angelina during their marriage.

“Mr. Pitt’s lawsuit has never been about a business dispute; instead, it is about his attempts to cover up serious abuse, and we are gratified the judge has thrown out so much of Mr. Pitt’s complaint,” her lawyer said.

Despite this, he also said that “Angelina truly harbors no ill-will toward Mr. Pitt, and hopes he will now release her from his frivolous lawsuit, stop his relentless attacks, and join her in helping their family heal in private.”

Although this is great news for Angelina Jolie, the case is still going on and far from over.

Brad Pitt Is Ready To Keep Fighting Angelina No Matter The Cost

It is unlikely Angelina Jolie’s win will deter Brad Pitt from continuing to fight as hard as he can. As sources have shared days ago, he doesn’t mind spending a fortune or spending years fighting her. At this point, it’s about principles.

According to a source, he doesn’t consider the money spent in this legal battle a waste. “This is all about standing up to bullies and defending his own people, principles and the truth. Brad is standing firm for what he believes in.”

“He’s willing to go and testify on a stand if it went to trial,” the source went on, because he’s sure Angelina Jolie is fighting him so hard out of “spite.”

“Jolie only inked the deal with Shefler (the Russian millionaire Angelina plans on selling her stake in the vineyard to) shortly after a judge granted Pitt 50-50 custody of their children,” the insider said, adding that she was trying to “bully” and “threaten” the actor.

Although he’s clearly still struggling with this fight, Brad Pitt is also focused on moving on. He’s getting serious with his much younger girlfriend Ines de Ramon, and they’re “super happy” together.
