Macaulay Culkin, the main actor in the first two parts of Home Alone – had a quarrel with Disney when he heard that they would decide to remake this movie.

Macaulay Culkin was one of the most famous names worldwide in the 90s after continuously appearing in films such as Richie Rich or  The Pagemaster .

However, the role that made millions, or rather billions of people around the world remember his name, was through the role of Kevin in the movie Home Alone – released in 1900.

Then 2 years later. , once again he participated in part 2 of the movie Home Alone 2: Lost in New York . But from here, his career path seemed to go downhill.

Home Alone 1 and 2 are what gave Macaulay Culkin everything.

Even though after the first two parts were extremely successful, the third part released  by 20th Century Fox in 1997 did not invite Macaulay Culkin , but instead had a completely new cast. Of course, many people can also guess that the following parts all flop and cannot be saved.

Yet the studio persisted until part 5.

This year, when Disney succeeded in acquiring 20th Century Fox , the Mouse family was able to remake tons of past movies. There is still no official information about the works that Disney will choose.

However, an announcement from the Mouse family itself has made everyone who loves the movie Home Alone “stunned”, that is, they have decided to choose this as the work to be included in the spotlight.

Right after that was a great performance from the star of the first two parts:  Macaulay Culkin .

Home Alone will be remade by Disney.

It’s been 30 years since Home Alone was first introduced to the world, and  Macaulay Culkin has shared a photo of what Kevin is doing in the present.

On his personal page, he posted a picture of himself sitting on a sofa with a beer belly, along with a plate of unfinished food, along with the status line: “These are the latest pictures of movie Home Alone “. Not stopping there, he also “hooked” Disney further by commenting: “Disney, say hello to me!”

Even though the remake of Home Alone really shook fans around the world, this is not the only title that Disney decided to “remodel”. Dozens of other films.

will also be on the chopping block, like  Cheaper By the Dozen ,  Night at the Museum , or even Diary of a Wimpy Kid . However, there is still no information whether these movies will be broadcast on the Disney+ streaming channel or will appear on the big screen.

Disney will remake up to 4 Fox works.

Home Alone – Home Alone is a monument to Christmas-themed movies. Every Christmas, this will be the first movie that everyone thinks of. So fans aren’t really sure whether to be happy or sad that Disney decided to remake a part of their childhood.
