After the Phoenix Suns lost two straight games against the Minnesota Timberwolves, former American basketball player Gilbert Arenas made some bold claims about the Suns’ current condition and what they need to do to come back in the playoff series against the Timberwolves.

“Right now, with the talent that’s on the floor. And you look at this bench. There’s only one guy who can actually change the outcome of this series. And that is Bol Bol. Because his skill level is unmatched.” Gilbert Arenas said during a recent episode of his own podcast ‘Gil’s Arena.’

In Tuesday’s 105-93 loss to Minnesota in Game 2 of the Western Conference Quarterfinals, Bol had two rebounds in two minutes. The Phoenix Suns’ Game 2 loss to the Minnesota Timberwolves must have been frustrating for Suns fans.

The Suns had a tremendous first half, seeming in command of the game, but their performance deteriorated, and the Wolves took advantage. They should focus on their strengths as they defend their home court in Game 3 rather than on-field blunders.

Kevin Durant also wanted Bol to play more in the series. Bol’s immense potential can be realized. However, Frank Vogel has given Bol Bol only six minutes of playing time in the first two games of the series against the Timberwolves.

Given his obvious natural talent and skill level, his lack of playing time has perplexed many fans and analysts.
